Prepared Meal Instructions

Lasagna (Sausage or Veggie) – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover and place in oven for 35-45 minutes or until the edges start to curl. If desired, cover with aluminum foil for first 20 minutes. Add garlic bread wrapped in foil for last 10 minutes.

Sweet Potato Quinoa Burger Mix – Prepare skillet with 1 to 2 Tbs of olive oil on medium heat. Scoop out about 1/4 of mixture and make into a patty (coat in Penko if desired) and cook on skillet, approximately 3 minutes per side. Serve on a bed of greens and top with chipotle mayo and then pickled onions.

Beef Paprikash – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover and cover with foil. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until hot.

Lentil Bolognese – Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove cover and cover with foil. Place in oven for 25 minutes or until hot.

Pulled Pork Enchiladas – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover and place in oven for 20 minutes or until hot.

Meatball Marinara – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover and place in oven for 20 minutes or until hot.

Marry Me Chicken – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover and place in oven for 20 minutes or until hot.

Harvest Chicken – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover and place in oven for 20 minutes or until hot.

Kakuni – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover and place in oven for 20 minutes or until hot.

Pistachio Sage Sausage – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place main meal in oven for 20 minutes or until hot. Reheat sauce in small sauce pan on low heat until hot.
